Jo-Anne is another of the friendly voices that will greet you when you call. She takes great care to provide the high level of client communication and personal service that really makes the office team of ExcelPlan shine. She will go out of her way to get to know you and is always seeking to make each client experience individual and uniquely tailored. She also brings over 20 years of office experience to the team and acts as assistant to Frank. Jo-Anne is very capable and her warmth and thoughtfulness will quickly put you at ease.
